Landmass was commissioned to transform this once tired warehouse property near St Katharine Docks, into a functional and contemporary home. Complementing the traditional exposed brick throughout, we sought practical, high quality finishes with bronze accents for a simple, yet sophisticated design. The addition of well-considered textures such as herringbone flooring, hydraulic tiling, and polished plaster, brings the property to life and reinforces the essence of the original warehouse.

Secret doors off the hallway and wallpaper lining the walls of the cinema room add a playful dimension to the concept. Overall, the sleek look fuses the charm and heritage of this iconic warehouse with contemporary, London glamour.
